AU Bank FD calculator
Use this free AU Bank FD calculator to work out the maturity amount and interest on an AU Small Finance Bank fixed deposit. AU Bank's official FD interest rates and senior citizen rates are preloaded, with monthly interest, premature withdrawal rules and post-tax returns.
What your FD actually earns
Five calculation modes on one engine — cumulative growth, monthly payout, goal sizing, laddering and loan-against-FD. Every mode shows the post-tax and inflation-adjusted figure beside the headline number, because the headline rate is rarely the one you keep.
Worth is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, AU Small Finance Bank. Rates are taken from AU Small Finance Bank's official rate card (1 September 2026 (general), 10 June 2026 (senior citizen)), checked on 14 October 2026.

The essentials
AU Bank FD returns: monthly interest, senior citizen rates and comparison
Monthly interest on an AU Bank FD
With a monthly payout AU Bank FD at the 1-year rate of 6.35%, interest is about ₹529 a month on ₹1 lakh, ₹2,646 on ₹5 lakh and ₹5,292 on ₹10 lakh, before tax. Banks usually pay monthly interest at a slightly discounted rate, so treat these as close estimates. Switch the calculator to Monthly income mode to see the post-tax figure. Payout deposits earn less in total than cumulative ones, because the interest is paid out instead of compounding.
AU Bank FD for senior citizens
0.50% above the general rate, for resident individuals aged 60 and above with a banking relationship with AU. Tick "Senior citizen" in the calculator and it loads the senior rate for the tenure you pick. For example, ₹10 lakh for 5 years at 7.25% grows to about ₹14.32 lakh. Senior citizens under the old tax regime can also claim the 80TTB deduction on up to ₹50,000 of interest a year, and can submit Form 15H to avoid TDS if their total income is below the taxable limit.
